How to get SPS/PPS data out of hardware encoder?

Hello.

Is there a way to retreive SPS/PPS data from H.264 encoder in advance before it will start receiving frames? This would be rather useful because when you are doing SDP negotiation there are a few parameters that depend on SPS/PPS data, like “profile-level-id” or “sprop-parameter-sets”.
