How to get the EB Tresos to configure the software in Aurix and Tegra?

In the README.txt in DPX2-P2379-EB-V2.01.03_release.zip,it reads:
To build the DPX2-P2379-EB-Aurix-v2.01.02.zip and DPX-EB-Tegra-0.08.zip projects you need the DPX-EB-Tresos-Aurix-2.14.zip and DPX-EB-Tresos-Tegra-2.07.zip tool releases.

So how can I get these four zip files?From Nvidia or from EB?
