How to get the media-ctl utility

Hi Guys,
I am trying to check the CSI driver detail. In the chapter of " Camera Development" in “NVIDIA Jetson Linux Developer Guide”, it is mentioned that “sudo media-ctl -p -d /dev/media0” can be used to check the port bingding status.
But in my Devkit, it is reported the media-ctl is not existing.

I check the forum, there are some posts related to media-ctl, but not addressing how to build it.

Is this utility from :
git://github.com/fastr/media-ctl.git ?
If so, any advice to build the soure in Jetson nano? I tried using gcc in Jetson nano, there are several errors reported.

Thank you for the help in advance!

It should be in v4l-utils package:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install v4l-utils
