how to hide a wifi ap?

When i create a wifi ap, i want it cannot be searched.How can i do that?

Hi ldz,

I’ve no experience of hidden ssid before, but you could try to add this to hostapd.conf.

# Hide SSID: 0 (don't), 1 (use emtpy), 2 (use ASCII 0)
ignore_broadcast_ssid=0

Thanks a lot for your answer, i donot use hostapd when i create ap. Is there other way to hidden ssid?
