How to input a .jpg image in c

I am working on image denoising and i know its possible with .bmp and .ppm but i am specifically looking for .jpg

Even .jpg to .ppm conversion will also help but it should be in c.

Or is there any possibility to input in java and route to c.

Pleas help…

I found imageMagick++ more simpler to use
