How to install deepstream sdk on azure virtual machine

I am trying to install deep stream SDK on a Tesla V100 GPU Azure cloud instance and not getting the proper documentation about the steps to install the SDK on a virtual machine as I don’t have a jetson device.
Can someone please help me out with all the proper and necessary steps to install deepstream sdk on Azure VM.

Please note: I currently don’t have a jetson device and and have not installed jetpack jdk.

Can I install DeepStream on Tesla V100 GPU?

It can be installed on Tesla V100 while we recommend to run DeepStream on NVIDIA® T4, NVIDIA® Hopper, NVIDIA® Ampere servers.
