how to install RHEL 5.x & CUDA on ASUS P6T6 WS Revolution?

To install RHEL 5.x on the ASUS P6T6 WS Revolution in order to then install CUDA and use Tesla C1060 cards,
shall I specify:

linux pci=nomsi

when installing RHEL 5.x or not?

Any other configuration settings for this motherboard?
