how to make nvhost_vi.ko?

hi

i use L4T_R24.2.0 BSP

i try to verify the TPG section

i use tegra21_defconfig

where is nvhost_vi.ko?
i assume nvhost_vi is built in kernel image

so i change kernel config Tegra video input host1x client driver

but build fail.

how to make nvhost_vi.ko?

could you give me config file?

is right document ?

update document for video for linux plz

I can’t verify this, but I suspect that once you go to the 64-bit environment and R24.x releases, nvhost-vi.ko may no longer be relevant. Maybe someone can confirm if nvhost-vi.ko was a purely “pre-R24.1” kernel feature?

Hello, walterkim:
nvhost_vi.ko is deprecated.
You can just build the kernel by released kernel configuration, and on-board camera (OV5693) can be used.

Please let me know if you meet any problem with camera.
