How to measure GPU energy consumption

I want to know energy consumption of my GPU machine during specific pytorch algorithm.

Currently, I am doing hardware research on deep neural networks. And I have used pytorch framework for my target algorithm. I want to measure energy usage during the pytorch-based algorithm execution.

After some research, I found a tool named ‘framview’ which gives detailed power statistics. Is there any ‘normal’ way of estimating the energy consumption that people use?

I am using “Nvidia RTX2080Ti” machine.
