How to modify partitions

Hi
Currently, we are optimizing the capacity of custom board using TX2.

There are CAC area and UDA area in partition.

We want to delete the CAC area
and use UDA area as USER area.

How to delete the CAC area
How to format UDA area with ext4 file system in flash step.
