How to modify the URL of the RTSP for streaming

Do you want to modify the input or the output?

runtime_source_add_delete is the sample for dynamiclly add and remove source,include RTSP streaming.

If you just want to modify the output rtsp url, refer start_rtsp_streaming in /opt/nvidia/deepstream/deepstream/sources/apps/apps-common/src/deepstream_sink_bin.c
