How to pass kernel paramters to kernel in xavier

I use command: flash.sh -C “xxx=xxx”, but it does not make effect. How can I pass kernel paramters to kernel in xavier? thanks

I can not find how to pass kernel paramters in the document. The option ‘-C’ in command flash.sh may pass cmdline to kernel, but it does not make effect. How can I resolve it? thanks~
