How to query Nano video decode usage

Hi,
I know that “tegrastats” can query CPU, GPU, memory usage. But how to query specific video decode usage? On my application video decode seems to drop frame to cause broken video under high bitrate RTSP stream.

tegrastats also shows the frequency of encode/decode engines.
