How to run mavproxy autostart?

Now I testing nano+pixhawk via UART2
No problems with connecting but how to run mavproxy autostart?
In RPi change local.rc file works ok …

In ubuntu you cannot use rc.local anymore.
You need to create a systemd script to place in /etc/systemd/system like described here:

PS: you need to do the same with Raspberry Pi
