How to setup deepstream-app sample to visualize tracking lines NvDCF

• Hardware Platform (Jetson / GPU) GPU / Testla T4
• DeepStream Version 7.1.0
• JetPack Version (valid for Jetson only)
• TensorRT Version 10.3
• NVIDIA GPU Driver Version (valid for GPU only) 12.2
• Issue Type( questions, new requirements, bugs) questions

Visualize tracking lines is just for debuging or demo. Why you need it? Are you meet any accuracy issue of nvtracker? Can you share your use case?
