Ubuntu 16.04 there is a process irq/320-nvidia in the background. I can not stop it, kill it.

I have came across similar ones. After some Googling I learned irq process cann not be killed in this link https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/387096/how-do-i-kill-an-irq-process-in-linux
This seems to be a driver bug but I am not sure. If you have any clue on how to deal with it pls share.
