How to submit security ticket for some of the CVEs

Not sure if this is the right forum to post this question.

We see some CVEs in some of the libraries that we are using as part of Triton Inference server with FIL backend.

Where should I submit a security ticket to request the team to address these vulnerabilities? Is there any Submission form where I can post this?
