Why do 13, 15 and 18 generate such waveforms without configuring PWM

please also check Jetson AGX Xavier Series Pinmux for the default pin configurations.
it’s pin-13/PWM01/GPIO3_PR.00, pin-15/GPIO27/GPIO3_PN.01, pin-18/GPIO35/GPIO3_PH.00,
those pin were default configured as GPIO pins, I don’t think you’ll need to turn-off the PWM function manually.

I don’t see SW using these pin either, are you having all the same waveform for those pin-13, pin-15 and pin-18?
