How to turn ON the GStreamer of Open-cv in Jetson Xavier nx?

I am having Jetson Xavier nx. I want to use open-cv but it is giving me error :-
cv2.error: OpenCV(4.5.1) …
It is happening because my gstreamer has turn off automatically. I havn’t downloaded open-cv for jetson as It exists by defult.
I donot how it turned off.
Could you please give me a reason for that?
I have only installed numpy == 1.19.4 (by removing numpy=1.19.5)

Now please tell me how to I turn it on ?
please tell the proper steps to do this as soon as possible.

Hi,
You may try to re-flash the system, or re-compile/install OpenCV. Here is a script:
JEP/install_opencv4.5.0_Jetson.sh at master · AastaNV/JEP · GitHub

Since compilng OpenCV requires significant freespace, if you use Xavier NX emmc and rootfs is on emmc, we would suggest re-flash the system.
