How to unchecked "install pending software updates" of shutdown/restart dialog

I use Ubuntu22.04/L4T 36.4.3 on our Orin nx customer carrier board.
After I install the nvidia-jetpack, when I shutdown or restart, the dialog sometime has a checked “install pending software updates”. If I don’t unchecked it, it will cause our system upgrade. The /etc/nv_tegra_release is changed to 36.4.4.
Since our customer carrier does not same as Nvidia orin nano carrier board, the upgrade will cause our device can’t boot up successfully anymore.
Since it not easy to notice the “install pending software updates” is checked.
Is there any way to disable/remove it to prevent system upgrade ?

Hi,
Please try this:

Jetson/L4T/r36.4.x patches - eLinux.org
[Jetpack 6.1/r36.4.0] Self-built kernel is overwritten after sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade

For our customer board, nvidia-l4t-jetson-io is also needed to hold, or it will cause system crash after system upgrading, thanks.
