How to understand and set values GPIO SCR, such as "GPIO_M_SCR_00_0"?

Hi NV_Teams,

How to understand and set the values of GPIO SCR, such as “GPIO_M_SCR_00_0” ?
Can you help to explain to me? Thanks.

bootloader/tegra234-firewall-config-base.dtsi

/* Chip version = 228; */
/ {
    tfc {
...
        reg@322 { /* GPIO_M_SCR_00_0 */
            exclusion-info = <2>;
            value = <0x20000000>;
        };
...
};

We don’t intend customer to change such thing unless follow our instructions.

Please just follow the release note and give specific value to it.

Hi WayneWWW,

Thanks for your information. I still have some questions about this.

  1. where to find you instructions, TRM have nothing about it.
  2. how to explain ‘exclusion-info’ and values ?
  3. this topic set GPIO_M_SCR_00_0 value to 0x38009696, why to set this value
    0x2212000 register does not exist in jetson orin nx? - #3 by 848145724
        reg@322 { /* GPIO_M_SCR_00_0 */
            exclusion-info = <2>;
            value = <0x38009696>;
        };

Just modify it to 0x38009696.

It is firewall setting so that some processors can access this pin while others cannot. We don’t intend to let customer change this arbitrarily and there is no need to do it either.

Hi WayneWWW,

Ok & Tks.

BTW, which document can get the firewall settings ?
