How to Update Kernel-Version

I have the Kernel-Version 4.4.38-tegra and i want to try to get an higher Kernel-Version. Is it possible to “update” the kernel version? Respectively I need the Kernel-Version 4.9.27-35 or higher, because this is required to work with an Peak-Hardware. I saw the Video “Build Kernel and Modules” but this video just shows how to shange the end of the kernel-name and i want the higher kernel-version. Is it possible?
Thank u in advance!

Hi ygunaseg, it is unlikely, as there are many patches required for TX1/TX2 support in the Linux kernel, however you can view the modifications for K4.4 here:;a=summary
