How to use ISP on Xavier?

Is this ISP a part of Soc on Xavier side? In the Camera Architecture Stack, It seems like a part of Soc, but In the System Block Diagram can not found the ISP, My purpose is used the ISP on Xavier to provided more configuration interfaces, such as formate conversion, resize and so on.
Could you give me some advice, How to use this ISP? Thanks.
