I have build the edk2-nvidia. then how to use it.

Not sure your requirement, but please study UEFI Adaptation — NVIDIA Jetson Linux Developer Guide 1 documentation first to get more understanding to know how to use it.

replace the built out binary to replace the old file Linux_for_Tegra/bootloader/uefi_jetson.bin and do full flash.
