How you I get LibreOffice as an icon on the Launch Bar on Ubuntu desktop?

I finally got operating system version R21.2.0 (kernel 3.10.40) loaded and running on my Jetson TK1.

Now, how do I get LibreOffice to appear as an icon on the Launch bar on Ubuntu desktop? I have tried several things (Ubuntu Software Center load, Software Updater, command line apt-get install, etc) but none of them puts an icon on the Launch bar.

Can anyone help?

I even tried to load Libre Writer but it had more dependencies.
