HW Reliability-Power On/Off logic

We are using Jetson Nano on our customized carrier board, in the referenced design, there is a Module Power ON/OFF logic section, we refer this section for the power On/Off control.
In this case, with one short press, the system would power on, and when system is powered on, a long press would power off the system by HW.

We have validated that this function is OK, our concern is that, this method of power off is by HW, and the system/SW has no time to react, would this cause impact to the reliability of the system? Like the EMMC/ Memory could be broken after using long-press to power off the system for too many times?

Is there any related reliability test available?

System has enough time design to run power down sequence in this situation as you said.
