I tried from different browsers, clearing cookies and cache but no luck

Please advice. I opened a case already with all the deatails. I took 1 week for them to reply asking for the same info. which I already provided the course name and the error. And they suggested clearing cache and cookies, which I already did in the very first try.

Strange that just simply buying the courses errors out
