I cannot log into nvidia SDK Manager for my account, but I can log into the forum
There are actually a couple of logins possible, one is for the Drive platform, and I think that might be the default. Make sure you are logging in to the Jetson side.
Your account was auto-blocked for some reason. This has been addressed, you should now have access to the SDKM.

The new version (1.3.0) solve my issue, it open a register form for sdkManager program at my first login.
