I’m stuck on the boot screen like the photo above and can’t do anything. The SSD is formatted in NTFS.
Hi gbkmgsc1,
Are you using the devkit or custom board for Orin NX?
What’s your Jetpack version in use?
Please format SSD as ext4
for Jetson device instead of NTFS
.
And share the full serial console log for further check.

I attempted to install Jetpack by connecting the Jetson Orin C to A to the host PC, but I failed. Since then, the host PC has not recognized the Jetson board. The problem is that the C connector on the Jetson board is not functioning, making it impossible to connect to the host PC. Currently, the SSD is formatted with ext4.

I would like to provide the full serial console log, but I cannot get past the boot screen. How can I send it? I also cannot communicate with the Host PC through the C-type connection.

I also tried using a USB A to A connection, but the host PC still does not recognize the Jetson board.

It seems you are using the custom carrier board., and you stuck in UEFI shell.
You may ask your vendor for the steps to capture the full serial console log from the custom carrier board.
You have to get the custom BSP package first and use the command to flash NVMe SSD on your board.
