I Can’t Connect to Nucleus it keep saying Failed to Connect to the server

Hi @tonygraves456. Sorry to hear you are having a connection issue. I will inform the dev team to take a look at this post. Can you send me your logs for Nucleus and Omniverse so that we can help identify where the connection problem is occurring?

  • Omniverse Logs: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\.nvidia-omniverse\logs
  • Nucleus Logs : %HOMEPATH%\.nvidia-omniverse\logs

there are many files in the log folder i don’t know what one i need and i can’t find Nucleus Logs HOMEPATH
