I have a jetson tx2 I run sdkmanager and I can’t go ahead

Can you please provide more details? Which version of sdkmanager are you running? Are there any errors or warnings reported?

ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS

I install Ubuntu 18 and work but appear errors dependency errors and another errors

Can you please package and upload ~/.nvsdkm folder which contains the full logs for investigation?
