I can’t open the 3dsMax after I finish installing the connector
It said fail to load 3dsmax-connector-200.3.0\Max2023\Plugins\OmniverseMaxPlugin.dll
I tried reinstalling but it still didn’t work.
Hello @1206670314! It sounds like you are missing that particular .dll file. Have you tried running the Omniverse Cleanup-Tool ? Could you attach a copy of your logs found here: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\.nvidia-omniverse\logs\Kit\3dsmax?

I tried Omniverse Cleanup-Tool and Reinstall Omniverse but the problem remains.I also have found this .dll file in the correct folder.
But I cant find \3dmax folder

Hi there, rather than using the Cleanup tool, can you just try uninstalling the connector and trying again. Make sure that 3dsmax is totally closed out when trying to do so. Thanks
I did that too, and I installed various different versions.
But the software still reports errors.

I also faced that issue but finally solved it after a long time.
All you need to do is enable UTF-8 in Windows.
