I flashed 3643 in Super mode, but only one channel has video for both IMX477 and IMX219

HI All:

I found an issue: With the same hardware, flashing 3560 (flashed via SDK Manager), both IMX477 and IMX219 work fine. However, after flashing 3643, an issue occurs (I have already set it to Camera IMX477 Dual using sudo /opt/nvidia/jetson-io/jetson-io.py).

One channel (imx477_a@1a) has no video at all. I noticed that the cam_reset_gpio (PH.06) for imx477_a@1a remains low, while the working channel is high.

What can I do to solve this problem?

Hi,

Some questions to confirm:

  • What is your carrier board?
  • Is the carrier board a Orin Nano dev kit, Xavier Nx dev kit or a custom carrier board?

2.Today, I flashed NVIDIA Jetson Linux 35.6.0 and found that both cameras have a normal video output.LIke this:

Yes, there is a HDMI.

Do you use the xavier nx carrier board or the custom carrier board?

Sorry my mistake
I was previously using a Xavier NX carrier board with an Orin NX module. I’m now using a custom carrier board of the Orin NX.
