I installed jetpack 4.2.3 on jetson tx2, but failed to install jetson SDK components

I used this carrier board successfully once before, and then re-programmed it due to version problems. Now when flashing back to jetpack4.2.3, the installation of jetson SDK components always fails. The log is as follows:

From the log, on Jetson TX2 device, sudo apt-get update command failed because it cannot resolve ‘ports.ubuntu.com’. This is causing CUDA installation failure, which causes other target components installation failure. Can you please manually fix your Jetson TX2 device network issue, then retry without flashing?

Thanks for answering. I also found a network problem just now, and I am testing the connectivity of the network interface.
