I’m getting Mean Average Precision as 0 for all classes while training detectnet v2

• Network Type Detectnet_v2
• TLT Version 5.0.0-tf1.15.5
• Training spec file

In tfrecord, the name is changed to lowercase. Please change the all the name to lowercase.
