There is nothing to configure. Every PCIe controller on NV devkit is already enabled in default device tree.

I need to connect my own PCIe card. Do I need to rewrite the relevant drivers? Do you need to register a PCIe device for this driver? What do I need to do?

We only guarantee the lspci shall detect your card. The rest of thing is your work to do.
