I paid 4 times for this course, still no access to it

Dear all,

I started the “Getting Started with Accelerated Computing in Modern CUDA C++”, but when after I did 25% of I started getting “We encountered an error. Please try again.” and the course wrongly shows 100% completed and I cannot resume it.
I created different profiles and paid 3 more times, hoping to have access to the course from scratch. The payments were successful, but didn’t get any new enrollment. The last day to enroll is tomorrow.
Please help.
