According to the doc - JetPack SDK | NVIDIA Developer I have to install Jetpack 6.2 through the “NVIDIA SDK Manager Method”, right?
I should install SDK Manager on host Ubuntu machine and connect Jetson via USB cable?
Question is: my UEFT firmware version 5.0-35550185 is fits for this process?
Doing the process with SDK Manager is easier, first connect the USB C, make the jumper of the pins and finally connect the power.
And the following steps follow the manual.
After the installation it is possible that it gets stuck when installing some packages, disconnect it and connect the board via ethernet to make it quicker.
Thank you for answer!
But question was about UEFT version. I do not complete understand…
This process with SDK Manager upgrade version of board from 35.5.0 to 36.x?
I am flashing my board via SDK manager.
The jumper is installed between pins 9 and 10.
The first steps are going well.
On the third step, the actual flashing, an error appears and this window.
I have changed three USB cables, they are all of good quality, I have tried to insert them into different USB ports. Nothing helps…
The USB speed in the UTM virtual machine was set to 2.0 and 3.0. Nothing helps. The same window with an error appears.
What virtual machine should I use for flashing? I used UTM with Ubuntu 22.
I have a Mac computer (Intel cpu), I do not have access to the Windows PC.
I ordered a thicker and shorter branded cable. Let’s see if it works…
I’ll try another virtual machine, maybe it will help.
Yes, I understand that “normal” Ubuntu would work better, but I don’t have it.
