According to the Jetson camera software architecture, there are Camera Core and Tegra drivers.

How can I access it?

[Camera Core] isn’t pubic, you may visit jetson-linux-r3541 for the [Driver Package (BSP) Sources], there’s kernel_src package for referece camera drivers.
