I realize that the speed is a request, but on the scope I never see the speed change and it is always the max speed.
I am trying to limit to under 55kbps because a device on it cannot handle speeds faster than this.
Comments?
Is this an issue between xp and 7? I plan on seeing if it works on Windows 7 today.
