I2c7 sensor load fails on boot

Hi, I have been stuck in one issue I have sensors ina32221 voltage monitors connected to i2c 7 bus Those are not automatically added , I have to manually add them using new_device sysfs interface once added i can get load the driver or bind to it and read readings BUt i want to make it persistent I edited dtb in the /boot/dtb directory but that didnt help it didnt load it automatically PLus I can only detect the sensor using sudo i2cdetect -y -r 7 command and not sudo i2cdetect -y 7 command

I used FTD and te dtb path now i can see the changes but i am confused why extlinux conf file i have to specify which is the correct dtb file that is being loaded by efi stub
