I2S driver:what are the driver and device tree files that are relevant to i2s?

hello, I am using Jetson tx2. I want to debug i2s drivers.I want to know what are the driver and device tree files that are relevant to i2s?
Should I see the files in \kernel-4.4\sound\soc\tegra?
what is the difference between tegra30 and tegra20?
Where is the device tree file for i2s?
