ICERA i500 on TEGRA 4 or 4i

Hi,

I am trying to access i500 on Tegra device. I have a few questions

  1. is it legal for me to build an application that does that? from Nvidia’s perspective. meaning is this allowed? or do I have to license TEGRA 4i and build a device?

  2. I understand i500 is a SDR a software based modem. Can I update it with my own code if I license TEGRA 4i to build our own device.

  3. How can we contact ICERA?
