according this doc, batched-push-timeout,sync-inputs etc some keys not list in config file under property
New nvstreammux and nvstreammux are two different elements, please refer to the following link

These properties need to be set in command line or source code，cannot be set in configuration files.
Like the deepstream-app, parse the configuration file then set these properties in source code.
