We are a small company that developed a toolkit for fast image matching. We can find matches in a database of 12000 images(with about 200 descriptos each image) in less than 100ms on a gpu with cuda support and 216 cuda cores, at this moment we support SIFT descriptors but soon we will have support for SURF as well. In the next period we will have a technology preview and later this year we will ship a free version for single GPU systems.
For Java and .NET ecosystems we offer access at the engine using web services, for C/C++ we have APIs.
