Image seq frame rate goes wrong

Hello, I have followed this tutorial, I downloaded the sample project and used that same material:

I have a 30 frm/sec seq in Machinima. The image seq I have made for my video texture looks like this when rendered as 30 frm/sec video:

But when I render out my scene, the animated texture looks “jumpy” - I think this is due wrong frame rate:

I found this setting in “OmniPBR_Animated”:

And changed the U fps and V fps values to 30 from default 24 but that did not solve the issue. Any suggestions?
