Impossible to post new topic in "Deep Learning (Training & Inference)"

Hello.

I tried to post new topic in category of “Deep Learning (Training & Inference)”.
However, there’s warning sentence “Your are not allowed to create topics in this category”.
My email is already authorized and also, I can’t find any error on my profile!

How do I post new topics? I need to share my bug regarding “torch.jit.trace() significantly slower on RTX 5090 than RTX 4060 (cu128 nightly)”..

Thanks for reaching out. You must pick a category under “Deep Learning” (subcategory). If there is a third level forum in place, you cannot post at the second level.
