In-consistence working of USB 2.0

Hi ,
We have a customize AGX Xavier carrier board , in that USB 2.0 ports are working properly for some boots, but for some boots it is not working ,the behaviour is not consistant . This is the dmesg log which we got when it is not working :

Have you tried with other power source?

After hardware rework we are not facing that issue , if we face the issue once again we will come back .
