In UE4, if you want to say something different (similar to intelligent AI speech, the answer is not fixed), will A2F be able to animate faces in real time?

I am not sure if I understand the question. A2F generates animation in real-time
Are you asking if it will do it in UE?
If that is the question, the answer is no. But we have plans to improve our integration of A2F in UE that should almost do that. Stay tuned.
