I am trying to create synthetic datasets using Isaac Replicator Composer. My OS is windows and I have Isaac Replicator Composer installed. However, all the methods of doing this in command line that I found (using python scripts) are in Ubuntu. How can I create customized synthetic datasets with command line on windows?

yes. the standalone python workflow for Isaac Sim via the terminal. I understand there is the script editor for python in the GUI but I would like to run some functionalities in my windows command line tool just like in ubuntu command line terminal
